How did you feel representing Dance Company and winning Mr. Wilson?
“I wanted to represent Dance Company, because it is the only organization that I am really a part of during my time at Wilson. It felt great knowing that I was out there representing the people that I go through so much and work so hard with. It was truly an honor.”
Shoutout to _______?
“I want to thank my family and friends, because they have always supported and believed in me. They thought I [could win] even though I was just doing it for fun.”
What was your most enjoyable moment during Mr. Wilson?
“The whole process was really fun, so it is hard to pick just one. But if I were to pick, it would probably be doing my talent, [which was] playing piano and dancing.”
What did you gain from this experience?
“I became friends with a lot of guys that I have not talked to in all four years of high school, so I gained some new friends, which I am really happy about.”
Any advice to aspiring Mr. Wilson candidates?
“Just do it. Do not have any shame; just go out there and have fun.”
